When browsing through TESUP, simply look to the right-side of the screen to see which items you have in your shopping cart. Use the arrows to move between items in your cart.
How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click the "remove" check box and click "modify cart" to remove that item from your cart. You may also change the quantity of items to "0" (zero) to remove the item from your shopping cart.
How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
Click on "view shopping cart" to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click "modify cart" to update the contents of your shopping cart.
How do I pay for my merchandise the TESUP®?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover for online orders via PayPal, subject to proper authorization. If you wish to pay by another method, simply submit your request via email without any payment information to us, and we will contact you to make arrangements for payment.
Is it safe to give you my credit card number?
Yes, TESUP web site has got SSL Ceritificates and your credit card number is only received by PayPal.

How do I know that TESUP® has received my order?
Our ordering system will automatically send you an email confirming that your order was successfully submitted. Please make certain that the email address you provide is correct. Upon processing, we will send you an additional email message confirming your order with applicable taxes and shipping charges calculated, and a shipping order number for your records.
What is TESUP®`s return and refund policy and who do I contact regarding returns?
If for some reason you need to return an item to TESUP® please email the details of your particular situation to: firstname.lastname@example.org. Non sale items shipped from TESUP.CO.UK or TESUP.US, can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products such as sale items have different policies or requirements associated with them. Most items sold on Tesup Electronics follow our general policies, but some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment and will exclude postage.
Please allow up to 28 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the products.
Please also note that items must be returned with all barcode tags and labels intact. We recommend any returns posted, are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept liability for items that do not reach us.
We do not offer refunds in-store or on-line for any discounted and/or sales priced items purchased.

If your country is not listed in the drop-down, you reside in a country that is possibly under embargo and we cannot register accounts or ship to parties residing in countries embargoed. Please contact us using the information below.
